We strive to showcase and describe every item accurately, but please note that colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

If an item does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Here’s how our return and refund process works:

  • We will provide current return shipping address with instructions.
  • Once approved, the item must be returned to us within 10 days in its unused condition with the original packaging and with all tags.
  • We will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and the item right away and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
